I had a great stay at Capital O 387 Bach Duong! The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the wifi worked perfectly. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The accommodation is surprisingly cheap, but not at all worth it except for the friendly staff. Even though the hotel is not centrally located, some parts of the room are clean and well, equipped. It comes with a high, speed Wi, Fi network, but it mostly doesn't work. the hotel provides a nice facility to change rooms if needed, but that's about it.
The level of cleanliness in the rooms is surprisingly low with sheets that seem unwashed, smelly rooms, unwashed bathrooms, and tiny cockroaches crawling all over the place.

The rooms were equipped with facilities that made our stay comfortable, and the staff was commendable in their friendliness and service. the hotel was conveniently located near major attractions and necessary amenities, which made it easy for us to explore the city.
While our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, we experienced a few negatives. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par, and we noticed a few insects.

Spent my New Year's Eve at a hotel that provided me with two great amenities, a wonderful staff and a great location! the staff were so friendly and helpful, they made sure I enjoyed my stay. the hotel's location was also key, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Best of all, the hotel provided me with a complimentary breakfast that was delicious and filling.
the room had an unpleasant odor, perhaps due to an inadequate cleaning.
